Bec Martin
- Theatre (New writing)
Bec Martin is the Artistic Director of New Diorama Theatre, the UK's most influential studio theatre. She is an Off-West End Award winning director, programmer, and formerly Head of Programming at VAULT Festival. Under her artistic tenure, VAULT Festival grew in both audience and artist reach, with a particularly marked increase in diversity, growing global majority-led shows from 12% in 2019 to 37% in 2023. Martin has pioneered engagement and community work at Orange Tree Theatre and Arcola Theatre, winning the Adiaha Antigha Award for Most Imaginative Approach to Outreach and in 2019 was named one of Hackney's 100 most influential women. Martin has supported thousands of theatre-makers, artists and practitioners in their early careers and is particularly passionate about pathways from emerging to established artist. Her own work has been performed at the RSC, Soho Theatre, Arcola Theatre, Orange Tree Theatre, Sydney Theatre Company, Griffin Theatre Company and internationally.
Dan Kok
- Theatre (Performance)
Dan Kok is a producer and programmer working in contemporary performance. Currently he is the International Partnerships Programme Lead at Bradford 2025, UK City of Culture. Previous to that he worked on freelance projects which included Another Route, an Arts Council England, British Council and Jerwood Arts funded programme to support England based artists to internationalise their practice.
He was International Producer at the Royal Court Theatre in London where he led and delivered on the international programme which included working with artists from the UK and other countries such as Japan, Chile and China.
Dan was Arts Producer at Cambridge Junction, programming the arts programme which included theatre, dance, live art, circus, spoken word and family work. Cambridge Junction presents performance by local, national and international artists and supports the creation of new work.
Other roles have been at the Barbican Centre, artsdepot and Battersea Arts Centre as well as mentoring on Caravan, an international Showcase for performance which is organised by Farnham Maltings.
He is an Associate Artist of Bootworks Theatre, a group of artists who work in a range of disciplines and contexts and has toured nationally (Glastonbury Festival, National Theatre Riverside Stage, Southbank Centre) as well as internationally (Japan, Brazil, Macau). Bootworks Theatre have previously been presented as part of the British Council Showcase.
Dan is on the Board of UK Theatre Company Forced Entertainment and Marlborough Theatre Productions, a leading UK producer of queer-led, intersectional performance, parties, heritage and radical community gatherings.
Jessica Toomey

Jessica Toomey has been working in Live Comedy since 2004, she runs a dedicated Comedy Club, the women in Comedy festival plus her own talent agency. She is also the director of the Live Comedy Association. She has been attending the Fringe festival for many years and is really passionate about discovering and nurturing new talent.
Kevin Wratten
- Circus
Kevin Wratten (he/him) is Executive Producer of Split Second - a production company working with artists and companies blurring the lines between circus, dance, theatre and variety to create gripping experiences. Split Second produces and tours work nationally and internationally and supports the development of artists and producers through training and mentoring opportunities. Split Second is currently producing work with Olivier Award winning artist Kit Green and Hip Hop Circus company Simple Cypher.
As an Independent Producer, Kevin has worked in festival contexts including Shubbak Festival (2021) and Greenwich+Docklands International Festival (2019-2020) and with independent companies including award-winning internationally renowned acrobatic circus company Barely Methodical Troupe.
Prior to working independently, Kevin worked in leading venues Sadler’s Wells, Jacksons Lane and the Roundhouse where he led a programme of social circus and artist development opportunities including ongoing training, professional masterclasses and producing new work with emerging artists.
Phil Hargreaves

Phil Hargreaves (he/him) is an award-winning cultural leader. Through his work Phil has curated a range of festivals and public programmes for a variety of spaces across the UK, with focus on curating bold dance, circus and family festival programmes. Phil works with festivals, venues, local authorities, creatives, production teams, communities, funders, and participants to create safe spaces for creative ideas to flourish, audiences to be nurtured and for people powered artistic interventions to thrive.
